Good point - I have worked within government organisations using the same techniques that others use inside large (and small) private and public companies.

Hey Andrew, you have brought out some important points regarding intrapreneurship. In my experience as an intrapreneur, I have found these points to be true.

For that matter, these things are applicable universally in any organization. Just, the path taken to achieve the goal might differ.

thank you for your comment.

I will keep working on this blog - it is one of many that are waiting for more time (that I now have, in theory anyway)
Intrapreneuring works so well within the Government space - without always calling it such, I’ve had the privilege of working with some great intrapreneurs here in Canberra - people who have had the sponsorship and the drive to work outside the normal reporting channels and really get stuff done.

The concept of intrapreneurialism really reasonates with me.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for many years and have now shifted to the corporate world, working on the inside of a government agency.

Many of the techniques I learnt while building businesses I am still using to achieve the same types of goals.

I hope you continue to write on this topic, I’ve very interested in your perspective.
